For Non – group bookings:
- Before 24 hours prior to flight departure : No cancellation fee
- Before 18 hours prior to flight departure : 50% cancellation fee
- 18 hours or less prior to flight departure : 100% cancellation fee.
For Group bookings (5 or more than 5 Pax in a single Booking):
- Before 7 days prior to flight departure : No Cancellation Fee
- Before 5 days prior to flight departure : 50% cancellation fee
- 5 days or less prior to flight departure: 100% cancellation fee
