Fabulous ride!
This was my first hot air balloon experience.  If you plan on making Luxor your first hot air ballooning experience too, this is a good company to go with.  You wake up super early (4 am) and cross the Nile over to the west bank, hop in a van and drive to the launch site.  Just watching everyone fill up their balloons with hot air from an open flame is an experience unto itself.  Our captain, Ahmed, had a good sense of humor, and his levity can calm your nerves if you're anxious about anything.  The view from above is fabulous. Balloon over Luxor

Experience was good but what was promised was not completely delivered
The experience was excellent. Although all the experience was smooth and good , But what was promised was not delivered by the operator. it was said that the time in air will be 30 to 40 minutes. But our over all time between take of and landing was just 16 minutes and all other balloons ascended together where above ours and we didn't go up as others did.  except for this two factors it was all good. They need to focus on delivering what was promised. Ground staff was excellent. The pilot/captain Mohammed  was good in explanations too.  But we felt cheated, asked for reasons and none was given. they did give a 5%  less price from what is agreed when complained, but the fact is 5% is not the factor, We don't go very often to Luxor for hot air Balloon for many it will be once in a life time matter and that should be better.

Amazing
Im scared of heights, but never once was afraid.  Had an amazing funny pilot named Ahmed.  The views were spectacular and seeing the sunrise was all worth it getting up by so early. Didnt want it to end. Worth every penny.
